Imo it's merch food. 1 off from AL and 4off the hp mod hurts really bad, and vs lightning is useable but not the most demanded... anyway get more opinions

I wouldn't merch it.

No, it's not max armor nor max hp mod, but 15/8 insc. shields can still sell. And plagueborns don't come with insc. slots.

About two weeks ago, I sold a 16 ar r10 Strength Outcast Shield (another skin you can't get inscribable,) 10vFire, +41stanced for 16k. The only PC response I got on that was to merch it, too. But two bidders fought over it when I put it on a sale thread.

Would someone into serious PvP use this? Maybe not, but I don't think that means no one would want it for an unusual looking r8 Tact shield.

Were that mine and I had no better advice to go on, I'd set s/b at .... maybe 5k and just see what happened.

PvPer is not going to get it.
Someone who likes the skin - maybe, after some time, as Luny pointed out - still it's ~15k tops over time, no hopes for a quick sell. I'd merch.

still other ppl are willing to pay 20-40k or even more i bet... just a matter of time.
your choice if its worth the time spent selling...
